Chef Dipna Anand

Dipna Anand, an award-winning Celebrity Chef, has been immersed in the world of Indian cuisine from a young age, growing up in London with a family of chefs. She is a co-owner of the famous Brilliant Restaurant in Southall, renowned for serving "real authentic" Indian food. Dipna's culinary journey began at the age of 18 when she started working at the Brilliant restaurant, learning the intricacies of Indian cooking, including secret recipes passed down through generations in her family.

Driven by her passion for cooking and a desire to share her knowledge, Dipna pursued a first-class honors degree in Hospitality and Catering from The University of West London, where she also received a post-graduate scholarship. She later began teaching Indian cuisine at the university and expanded her teaching to other colleges and establishments in London.

Dipna's commitment to passing on her expertise led her to establish her own Cookery School at The Brilliant Restaurant, offering informative and enjoyable Indian cookery courses recognized by the University of West London. She finds true satisfaction in seeing her students excel and produce dishes of exceptional quality.
